- Caste Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Copy of Aadhaar Card (Proof of Residence)

- 2 recent passport size photographs of the beneficiary
- Confirmation letter from District Manager confirming that the applicant and family members have not availed a loan facility under any state government scheme for the purchase of a vehicle
