Relief for Unpleasant Residence:
It is possible to apply for this land under Section 94C.
Measurement limits:
- Urban area: 20 x 30 ft
- Rural area: 30 x 40 ft
Tahsildar only has the authority to issue a charter to the locations within these limits.
Application Submission Authority:
Tahsildar, Deputy Superintendent, or Sheriff should be contacted for applying for the place. The application submitted will be reviewed, and the place will be sanctioned to the eligible applicants.
Financial Terms Imposed on Sanctioned Sites
- Payment of the Place (Payment of Site Value):
The value of the sanctioned location is given to the proposed PA/SPs. - Exemptions and Unique Facilities (Exemptions and Special Facilities):
- The economically backward classes do not have to pay for sites measuring 20 x 30 in urban areas and 30 x 40 in rural areas.
- Because urban sites are minor, this exemption is financially beneficial for planned groups.
Application Process: Phases and Documents
Required Documents:
- Aadhaar card or identification card
- Documents confirming the financial status (Endeavor/BPL card)
- Dwelling records
- List of overlap in 14-4-1998
Application Submission:
The application can be submitted to the local Tahsildar office, sub-divisional office, or the office of the District Collector.
Verification:
The submitted application and documentation are reviewed, and the location is allocated after the eligibility is confirmed.
