Educational Qualification
The post of Assistant Manager (Operations) must have a B.Sc (Agriculture) Degree from a recognized Agricultural University or any other University established by law recognized by ICAR or AICTE.
Senior and junior assistants must have a B.Com/ BBM degree and a Tally Certificate from the an accredited University of India.
Must have 2 years Agricultural Diploma from Seed Assistant accredited Agricultural University.

Method of selection:
The post of Assistant Manager is selected through a competitive examination and interview. The remaining posts will be selected through a competitive examination.
