- Students enrolled in the first year of the 3-year degree program (in any stream) in any recognized College/University/Institute in India can apply.
- Applicants must have secured at least 60% marks in their 12th class board exam.
- The family income of the applicant should not exceed INR 3,60,000 per annum from all sources.
- Preference will be given to earning children affected by COVID whose family members have lost their earning member/parents or have lost their livelihood/job during the pandemic from January 2020.
