- Age should be between 18 and 55 years.
- Annual family income should not exceed ₹8 lakh.
- Must have an official damage report issued by a competent authority or the Karnataka State Minorities Commission.
- No family member should be employed in a state or central government job.
- Must not have availed loan from KMDC in the last 5 years (except under the Arivu scheme).
