What is the Satya Scholarship Program 2025?
The Satya Scholarship Program 2025, launched by the Nehru Sidhant Kender Trust, is a merit-cum-means scholarship initiative aimed at supporting financially disadvantaged students, especially girls, to pursue undergraduate education in Commerce, Engineering, and Medical streams.
This program covers 100% of tuition fees for eligible students studying in selected institutions within Ludhiana district. The scholarship empowers students to fulfill their academic goals without the burden of tuition expenses.
Who is Eligible for Satya Scholarship 2025?
To apply for the Satya Scholarship, you must:
- Have passed Class 12 from a school in Ludhiana district with at least 60% marks.
- Be an Indian citizen and resident.
- Have an annual family income less than INR 5 lakh.
- Be enrolled in the first-year of a 3-5 year UG or integrated master’s program in:
- Commerce: BBA, B.Com
- Engineering: BTech, B.E., BCA, B.Arch, B.Sc. (Engineering)
- Medical: MBBS, BDS, BPT, B.Sc. (Nursing), B.Sc. (Paramedics)
- Study in approved colleges/universities in Ludhiana district (List available in official portal).
Special Preference
Preference will be given to:
- Girls
- Orphans
- Students with disabilities (PwD)
- Children of single parents
- Athletes (state, national, or international level)
Scholarship Benefits
- 100% tuition fee covered for the full duration of the course (3-5 years).

Who can apply for the Satya Scholarship Program 2025?

Is it necessary to maintain specific academic performance to continue receiving the scholarship?
Yes. Satya Scholars must maintain at least 75% attendance, good conduct, and a minimum GPA of 6.0 or 60% marks each academic year to be eligible for renewal of the scholarship.
Can I apply if I am already receiving another scholarship?
No. Applicants who are already receiving any other educational scholarship are not eligible for the Satya Scholarship Program.
